AR111 GU10 and G53 LED Bulbs

AR111, QR111 and ES111 lamps are the highest-end replacement for traditional halogen bulbs. As upgraded versions of PAR lamps, AR111, QR111 and ES111 (which are different names for a similar product) project light at a very narrow angle and their primary use is for decorative lighting effects such as the illumination of foyers, stained glass windows, galleries and specific areas of shop windows. In any case, this is a less economical and exceptionally high quality lighting, which is particularly suitable for luxurious environments, such as designer villas and fashion, perfume or jewellery shops.

In addition to their use as decorative lighting, the AR111, QR111 and ES111 lamps are mounted in a rotating housing, which can be surface-mounted or recessed in the false ceiling and is called CARDAN. Up to 4 fully adjustable lamps can be mounted in each CARDAN, so that a sufficient number of correctly positioned lamps can also be used as general lighting.

Some of these lamps operate at 12V with a GX53 connection, requiring the presence of a transformer. The most common and recommended option is to purchase 220V lamps, which operate with a GU10 lampholder and guarantee simpler installation, greater stability and lower consumption, as the presence of a transformer increases electricity consumption.
